Custom tile properties preserved when copied in the clipboard or used in a tile brush. Custom properties of tile frames in animated tiles also preserved when copied or used in a tilebrush, and also preserved when modified in the tile animation dialog.

Description:
Added the possiblity to enable or disable tile animation while working with the editor, since it consumes a lot of cpu power and makes the user experience sloppy at times. Plz somebody localize the new menu item in View menu for ESP, FR, IT.
