Localization tools

Good day!
 
I want to be able to translate the editor in the native language, without changing the source code editor. For example, the system loadable dictionaries.

The editor is developed using .NET Window Forms tech and so the languages are implemented using the built-in language functionality. What is the language you want to implement? If it's a major one than with your help I could add it as an option.

I'd be happy to add a Russion translation if you'd be willing to help out. For example, I could send you a text file or excel sheet for you to translate and I can then implement the language resource file for Russian with your text.
