Paralax effects skewed in second viewport

Hopefully I'm not becoming a nuisance at this point, but I discovered another bug. I've coded in a dynamic split screen system into my game. When player A and player B are close enough together, the game is displayed in one whole viewport. When player A and player B are too far apart, the whole viewport is replaced with two separate viewports. This works relatively seamlessly, except that when the viewports separate the layers with paralax effects become identical between both viewports. I can provide screens or a demo project to demonstrate if necessary.
